T-shirts, hats, and other print-on-demand items are made just for you by my printing partner. They are printed when you order and usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Digital downloads (printables) are delivered to your inbox as soon as your payment goes through. Your download link stays active for 30 days, so be sure to save your files.

My handmade journals and upcycled pieces are sold through my Etsy shops, AllThingsJournaling and AllThingsLifeShop. Etsy handles those orders, and each listing shows its own shipping details.
Shipping for t-shirts, hats, and other print-on-demand items is calculated based on your location and shown at checkout before you pay. Digital downloads have no shipping charge.
I accept debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. Your card is charged when you place your order, and orders are processed once payment clears. If I cannot fulfill your order for any reason, I will refund you right away. If you have any questions about a payment, please contact me.
Because most of my items are made to order or are digital downloads, I am not able to accept returns. But I want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email me a photo within 14 days of delivery and I will send you a replacement. If a digital file will not open or download, just let me know and I will make it right. For any other issue, please CONTACT ME and I will work with you.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. I take your privacy seriously and do everything I can to protect your information. I use it only to fill your order, and I never sell or share it with anyone.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax depends on your state and will be shown at checkout and on your receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please email me at ablossom@allthingslife.org as soon as possible. I will do my best to cancel it as long as it has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but please see my Returns policy above if something is wrong with your item.
